Functional. Central.
Small room, we could barely open the suitcase.Very firm beds.A little worn off (bathroom).
Very convenient location and surrounding area was beautiful. Both hotel room and common area were very nice and clean.
I thought their elevator was extremely small.
The staff was really kind. Breakfast was great.
The rooms are ridiculously small. Breakfast area was crowded.
No towel for child who shares bed with parent
I forgot belongings from another hotel. I requested the hotel to coordinate with the hotel at I forgot belongings. And then I received the belongings before checking out. I am very happy. I would to very thank you the hotel for their help. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to JR Sendai, only 300 meters. Clean room, free food, recommended.
Great place to stay in Sendai, quite close to the station. The room was sizeable and had a lot of amenities, including a bathtub. The breakfast was amazing for the price. The staff was super friendly and the checkout hassle free.
This is really just a nitpick, but the breakfast room was rather small so it got crowded easily.
Good location close to the train station. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We very much appreciated being able to store our luggage after check-out.
